1.Koja je razlika između prava i pravde?
Odgovor na ovo pitanje bih započela jednom rimskom izrekom: „Ius est ars boni et equi“; što u prevodu znači: „Pravo je umijeće dobrog i pravednog.“ Kada definišemo pravo, onda kažemo da je to jedan uređen skup pravnih normi, instituta i načela kojima se kojima se uređuju odnosi u društvenoj zajednici. Ovako data definicija prava jeste definicija u objektivnom smislu. A ako govorimo o definisanju prava u subjektivnom smislu, tada pravo predstavlja skup prava i obaveza koje su pojedincu garantovane ili nametnute.

Doc. dr Emir Nezirić bio je u posjeti Sivas Džumhurijet Univerzitet. Tokom posjete je održan sastanak za šefom kancelarije za međuarodnu saradnju Univerziteta Džumhurijet u Sivasu, kao i ostalim osobljem kancelarije. Razgovarano je o mogućoj saradnji u polju razmjene studenata i osoblja, kao i potencijalnim drugim projektnim aktivnostima. Također je izvršen obilazak kampusa, te upoznavanje sa kompletnom infratstrukturom koja je na raspolaganju studentima.

Interview with Assistant Professor Đani Rahimić
On the occasion of the "Bicycle Day", we talked with doc.dr Đani Rahimić, who in 2014, together with his colleagues, founded the Mountain Bike Association MTBA in Mostar. He is the president of the association, and actively participates in the implementation of numerous projects in the field of cycling, mapping of bicycle paths, and organizing sports competitions.
1. As a professor who has many years of experience in various fields of sports, where did the love for cycling come from?
Well, we all rode a bike as kids and enjoyed it not looking at it as a sport or recreation but as fun. With the development of mountain biking in our country, that love has reappeared, but now in combination with a tour of the mountains, which is also very fun and of course has a positive effect on psychophysical health.

The eleventh online meeting with students on the exchange
The International Relations Office organised the fifth online meeting with students on the exchange in the summer semester 2020/21. It was held on Thursday, April 15, 2021, via Zoom platform. Students are in good health, respecting all safety measures of their host country. During the meeting, academic and administrative problems at the host institution were discussed, as well as the current epidemiological situation. The agreement with the students is to organize a meeting once a week.

Online workshop of the University of Bologna about new Erasmus+ programme
International Relations Officer of Dzemal Bijedic University of Mostar took part in the online workshop ‘The New Erasmus Plus Programme and the Impact for Universities in Partner Countries’ organized by the University of Bologna. The workshop focused on the Universities from partner countries, opportunities offered, main novelties of the programme, the programme focus in terms of partnerships and project proposals.
The Frédéric Bastiat Fellowship
The Frédéric Bastiat Fellowship is a one-year, competitive fellowship program awarded to graduate students attending master’s, juris doctoral, and doctoral programs. The available fields are economics, law, political science, and public policy. The aim of this fellowship is to introduce students to the Austrian, Virginia, and Bloomington schools of political economy as academic foundations for contemporary policy analysis, policy-relevant academic research, and other applied topics.
