Lecture at the Fourth Primary School – Health, Sport, and Technology

Professors from the Department of Sport and Health at the Faculty of Education, together with assistants and fourth-year students, delivered the lecture to 8th and 9th-grade pupils at the Fourth Primary School.

They discussed two topics: ‘Health Through Sports,’ where they explained how sports strengthen physical and mental health and described the specific benefits of regular activity, and ‘The Impact of Technology on the Locomotor System,’ where they analysed how modern technology both accelerates and hinders our daily routines and detailed its effects on the human body.

Through these lectures, the educators promoted healthy lifestyle habits among young people. They used expert knowledge and clear communication to engage students. They also exchanged insights and experiences with the pupils and encouraged them to think critically about the role of physical activity and the influence of technology on their daily lives.
