Touch Rugby at the Dzemal Bijedic University of Mostar

On Thursday, March 13, the University hosted a promotion of touch rugby for female students. This sport, played without physical tackles or aggressive contact, attracted many students interested in recreational and sports activities.

Female students from the University of Zenica led the demonstration under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Mirza Oruc. Through interactive exercises and practical demonstrations, participants learned the basic rules and techniques of touch rugby.

Students from various faculties, including the Department of Sports and Health, attended the promotion and showed great interest in this sport.

Soon, the University will launch a touch rugby section for female students, led by Assistant Nejla Graho. This section will allow students to actively engage in the sport, develop their motor skills, and build team spirit in an enjoyable and motivating environment.
