Faculty of Civil Engineering Contributed to the Reconstruction of the Railway in Jablanica

A professor from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Dzemal Bijedic University of Mostar, Djani Rahimic, with his colleagues, contributed to reconstruction of the damaged railway track in Jablanica.

The expert team from the Faculty of Civil Engineering, used their knowledge and many years of experience in testing bridges and other civil engineering structures, conducted the bridge inspection at the Komadinovo Vrelo site, free of charge.

The professor and his team ensured the bridge met all the requirements of the bridge inspection standards, which allowed them to create conditions for resuming railway traffic. The professor emphasizes that education and knowledge serve as our strongest tools, which can drive progress in our country.
