TCCWB Project Results Presented at Agro-Mediterranean Faculty

The Agro-Mediterranean Faculty hosted a conference as part of the implementation of the Erasmus+ project TCCWB (TransCultural Competence for Healthcare Professionals in the Western Balkans), with the participation of partner universities and organizations from Western Balkan countries.

The conference on the dissemination of project results aimed to connect higher education, the healthcare system, and contemporary societal challenges in the Western Balkans by presenting implemented activities, examples of good practice, and achieved outcomes.

Several partner institutions and universities from the region took part in the project, including UNIGJIRO – Luigj Gurakuqi University of Shkodra, the University of Zenica, the University of East Sarajevo, and Dzemal Bijedic University of Mostar, as well as practice-based partner organizations FAMI and SMOC.

The Agro-Mediterranean Faculty held the conference on 16 December 2025.

The event confirmed the importance of the TCCWB project as an initiative that brings together the knowledge and experience of the academic community and practitioners, with the aim of strengthening cooperation and creating changes in the healthcare system and society of the Western Balkans.
