FALL4ESG Academy

On December 10, 2025, the FALL4ESG event began at the Faculty of Economics, organized in collaboration with UniCredit Bank and the Faculty of Economics, University of Mostar. Prof. Dr. Goran Curic, Dean of the Faculty of Economics, opened the program.

On the first day of the academy, Lejla Ganibegovic and Nea – Adrianna Bukic from UniCredit Bank discussed sustainable business, the green transition, and climate risks. Students attended lectures on sustainable finance, energy efficiency, and the challenges of green energy. Jasmin Gabela, Ekrem Mesic, Tarik Piljhak, and Mirza Kusljugic also presented to the students.

On the second day, the academy focused on social responsibility and good governance. Petar Corluka from Violeta d.o.o. captivated the audience as he spoke about entrepreneurship and the skills young people need today.

On the third day, speakers covered ESG reputational risk, sustainable products, and UniCredit Bank’s climate strategies, presented sustainability reports, shared examples of best practices, and conducted workshops on preparing for the labor market.

The event helped students develop their competencies in the ESG concept (Environment, Social, Governance) and encouraged them to engage in sustainable development processes.
