Student Visit to 'Los Rosales' Center

On April 10th, the students from the Department of Preschool Education at the Faculty of Education, along with their course professor, Doc. Dr. Armin Osmanovic, and assistant MA Admir Topalovic, visited the Center for Children and Youth with Special Needs 'Los Rosales.' They organized the visit in collaboration with the center's director, Mirna Mezit.

The students gained new knowledge and applied the theoretical concepts they had previously learned in these subjects. During the visit, they observed and participated in educational activities, carried out individualized sessions, identified various developmental challenges, and held several in-depth discussions with the Centre’s professional staff. These interactions enriched their academic experience and strengthened their preparation for future careers.

This visit gave the students a learning opportunity. They deepened their understanding of inclusive education and speech therapy through direct engagement with the children and collaboration with the Centre’s expert team. The students will use the knowledge and practical skills they developed to support their continued studies and future professional work.
