Dzemal Bijedić University of Mostar Invests in the Future of Sports and Education

Džemal Bijedić University of Mostar has launched the construction of a state-of-the-art sports center, set to transform the city's sports infrastructure and provide exceptional facilities for students, athletes, and residents.

The first phase of the project includes a football field with artificial turf, a tartan athletics track, volleyball and basketball courts, and padel courts – a sport rapidly gaining popularity in the region.

This modern complex aims to deliver top-tier practical training for students of the Faculty of Sports and Health, while also serving as a hub for sports activities for all age groups.

Designed to welcome both local sports clubs and the public, the facility will offer an ideal space for recreation, training, and competitions.

Through this initiative, the University and the City of Mostar reaffirm their commitment to advancing educational and sports infrastructure. The center is expected to become a vital focal point for the sports community in Mostar, fostering new opportunities for education, sports, and health.
