Motivation Lecture by Professor Liliana Hawrysz

As part of the Erasmus project for academic exchange of teaching and non-teaching staff, Professor Liliana Hawrysz from Wroclaw, Poland, visited the Faculty of Economics at the University "Džemal Bijedić" to deliver a lecture to fourth-year students on the topic of motivation and employee motivational strategies. The guest professor was warmly welcomed by the Vice Dean for Scientific Research, Professor Sanvila Vuk, and Assistant Lejla Škaljić.

Professor Hawrysz is a member of the Management Department at the Faculty of Economics in Wroclaw, where she focuses on research on employee motivation and organizational behavior. In her lecture, the professor shared her knowledge about various motivational theories, emphasizing their practical application in the real world, with a special focus on concrete examples from the Polish context. After the presentation, students had the opportunity to ask Professor Hawrysz questions, which resulted in a discussion and additional insights on the topic.
