Rector's Conference Day

On the occasion of the celebration of the Day of the Rector's Conference held in Banja Luka on 27.02. prof. dr. Damir Zaklan, a full-time professor at the Faculty of Economics was awarded with the scroll of honour for the efforts and exceptional contribution to the development of higher education institution in the field of science and research as well as recognition of Universities reputation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and abroad.  

Prof. dr. Armina Hubana, Vice Rector for finances of the Dzemal Bijedic University of Mostar accepted the scroll of honour on behalf of prof. Zaklan, who was not able to attend the ceremony.

In addition to prof. dr. Zaklan, prof. dr. Muhamed Ajanovic, prof. dr. Larisa Velic, prof. dr. Ivo Colak, prof. dr. Stevo Pasalic, prof. dr. Vildana Pecenkovic and prof. dr. Drago Brankovic also received the scroll of honours.

During  the session, the members of the Rector’s Conference have adopted the work report for 2022. And discussed the conclusion of the conference ‘Higher education, public universities and development perspectives.’  

The participants also discussed the recognition of higher education diplomas obtained in Bosnia and Herzegovina and in the region and adopted the Initiative on accepting the definition of anti-Semitism of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance.
