46 years of the University: Promotion of the Doctors of Science

The penultimate event of this year's edition of the Days of the University was the promotion of doctors of science on Friday, 17.02.2023 at the Faculty of Humanities.

Rector of the University "Džemal Bijedić" in Mostar, prof. dr. Alena Huseinbegović promoted two Doctor of Sciences, one within the  university doctoral studies of polytechnic and the other in the field of kinesiology at the Faculty of Education of the Džemal Bijedić University of Mostar.

Merima Salčin was promoted to Doctor of Science in the scientific field of technical sciences, scientific field of civil engineering and scientific area of load-bearing structures

Adnan Ademović was promoted to Doctor of Science in the scientific field of social sciences, scientific field of kinesiology and scientific area od kinesiology of sports and recreation.

Prof. dr. Mili Selimotić, member of the committee for the evaluation and defense of Merima Salčin's doctoral dissertation, and prof. dr. Ekrem Čolakhodžić, mentor of Adnan Ademović have also addressed the audience. They presented the biographies of the candidates, their previous academic titles, a report on their doctoral dissertation and their contribution to science and research.
