46 years of the University: Masterclass: Road to excellence

The 15th of February was also reserved for meeting with swimmer and the European champion in the discipline of 200 meters butterfly, Lana Pudar, and her coaches. Prof. dr. Damir Đedović and MA. Alena Ćemalović, both employees of the Department of Sports and Health of the Faculty of Education.

The Rector of the University has thanked Lana for coming to the Džemal Bijedić University of Mostar on the occasion of the 46th anniversary of the University. Prof. Huseinbegović congratulated Lana on her success and admired her commitment end efforts and promised that Lana will be able to study for free at the Džemal Bijedić University of Mostar.

Prof. dr. Đedović said that the Mostar region is rich in children talented in sports but that in Lana’s case, it was evident that she was destined to succeed. He also thanked prof. dr. Alena Huseinbegović, the Rector of the Džemal Bijedić University of Mostar, and prof. Ekrem Čolakhodžić, the Dean of the Faculty of Education for their help and support. MA. Ćemalović presented Lana’s journey to stardom and sports success.

Lana thanked the Rector for the invitation and also presented the Rector and the Dean of the Faculty of Education with her gifts.
