Seminar - Evidence in civil proceedings
On March 9, ELSA Mostar and the Youth Council jointly organized a seminar entitled "Evidence in civil proceedings"
Dean of the Faculty of Law Dzemal Bijedic, University of Mostar, prof. dr. Alena Huseinbegović and prof. dr. Viktorija Haubrich from the Faculty of Law, University of Mostar, through a professional lecture clarified terms such as investigation, electronic database documents, witness, expert witness.
ELSA Mostar plans to organize another lecture by the end of March, which should be held in the premises of the Faculty of Law of the Dzemal Bijedic University.
