Visit to the Faculty of Law, University of Maribor

A visit to the Faculty of Law at the University of Maribor was carried out as one of the project activities, which could not be carried out in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Members of the BH project team met with members of the Maribor Faculty of Law project team. Researchers - members of both teams reviewed and analyzed previous research and other activities (visits to relevant institutions in BiH and Slovenia), and discussed the benefits and drawbacks of legal solutions and legal practice in both countries' legal systems.
It was agreed that the project would be completed by publishing the research findings as an article or study in one of the relevant legal journals in Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In addition to the foregoing, the Faculty of Law in Maribor and the Faculty of Law of the Dzemal Bijedic University in Mostar expressed a desire for further collaboration in joint research projects and mutual participation in conferences organized by the Faculty of Law in Maribor and the Faculty of Law of the University "Demal Bijedi" in Mostar.
