On March 16, 2021, a moot court hearing in the case of Domestic Violence was held at the Faculty of Law of the Dzemal Bijedic University of Mostar.


The moot court is the final activity implemented within the Project "Clinical Education for Law Students in BiH", which is implemented for the third year in a row by NCSC - National Center for State Courts - Office for Combating International Drug Trafficking and Law Enforcement of the US Department of State, in cooperation with the Faculty of Law, Dzemal Bijedic University of Mostar.

The project activities lasted 15 weeks. This year, the Legal clinic was attended by students of the Faculty of Law,  as well as students of "Criminology and Security Studies". The legal clinic with students was led by prof. dr. Denis Pajić, and senior teaching assistant  MA. Sunčica Hajdarović, with the help and support of legal practitioners, prosecutors of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, Sanel Pajević and Darko Zovka, and a lawyer from Mostar, Adnan Beganović.
