The Rectors' Conference of Bosnia and Herzegovina awarded a posthumous scroll of honour to late prof. dr. Stefan Sunaric for his outstanding contribution to the development of the University, outstanding work in the scientific, teaching, and professional fields, and establishing the reputation of the University in Bosnia and Herzegovina and abroad.
Prof. dr. Stefan Sunaric was the dean of the Mechanical Engineering Faculty from 1994. to 1997.
