Participants of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Germany, Sweden, Croatia, Serbia and Albania are called to participate on an international project of Digital Technology Entrepreneurship that aims to equip the workers with required IT skills for personal development in the fields of digital entrepreneurship and self-employment. The program is based on learning by doing methods and seeks to assemble participants from diverserealities to develop workshops that could improve the local situation of entrepreneurship and IT in their countries.
The project is divided in three units. Beginning with getting to know each other, the participants will have the opportunity to exchange their own learning expectations and to analyze the possible challenges they could face during the program, but they will also share the situations of their countries regarding digital entrepreneurship and unemployment among the youth. The second unit of the training course will open a space where participants can discuss about the IT sector, digital companies, the benefits and weaknesses of digital workplaces and about the new entrepreneurship era. This two units seek to familiarize the participants with different realities so that they can develop in the las unit educational workshops for local communities considering the discussed topics.
The selected participants will have a two-hour online learning course previous the training course, so that every one has the same basic knowledge before starting the course.
