My name is Ammar Šabanović, I am currently 23 years old and Master student at Mechanical Engineering faculty at Džemal Bijedić University of Mostar

Going abroad requires a personal responsibility that goes beyond taking care of the application process or being on time at the airport. Here is the first thing that you have to keep in mind: you are a guest in the new country and as a guest, you should behave with respect towards your hosts. What does it mean in the intercultural communication process? Why is it important?

After FIT Coding Challenge we wanted to know how it is to be a part of it, what happened behind the scenes and what actually FIT Coding Challenge is. We're bringing you an interview with two volunteers, Aida and Mehdija. They are studying at Faculty of information technologies and this is their first time to participate in this event. They say you've got nothing to lose if you join, either as a volunteer, a participant, or a visitor.

Helena studies in Santiago de Compostela in Spain to be a teacher of primary school with a focus on children with special needs. She is one of the first two interns coming abroad with the Erasmus + program and she shared her work experience with us here.
