International Relations Office organized on Saturday, April 4, 2020. first online meeting with exchange students. All students who joined the video meeting are in good health, respecting all health safety measures of the countries in which they are located.
During the meeting, they discussed the documents that should be submitted to the Foundation for Student and Teacher Mobility of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the realization of one-time assistance to students, the possibility of returning home, academic and administrative problems at the host institution.
The agreement with the students is to organize a meeting once a week through the zoom application.
International Relations Office on Thursday, April 9, 2020. organized a second online meeting with exchange students. Students talked about their status at the host institutions, as well as situations where they need the assistance of the IRO.
All are in good health, attending online classes and respect the measures introduced in the countries where they currently reside.
The conditions and possibility of return were also discussed during the meeting.
On Friday, April 17, 2020. the third online meeting was organized. Well-disposed students talked about their online lectures and how they manage at the host institutions during COVID-19. During the meeting, we informed them about the situation in BiH; measures are taken to help them while on mobility but also opportunities for return. By the next meeting, all students must send an email to the Office of International Cooperation about the length of their visas.
The next zoom meeting with the University students who are on an exchange will be in the week of 20.04. to 26.04.
